It's no wonder that SpaceX ( Space Exploration Technologies Corporation) is achieving impossibilities. They made self-landing rockets a reality; they put a hive of Satellites around the earth to provide fast internet. Now they will make science fiction a reality again by putting humans on Mars. Modern Humans have been living on Earth for about 200000 years, but we have to move on and say our goodbyes if we want to sustain our species. We have to make ourselves Multiplanetary and even Intergalactic someday. This is what Elon is acting upon. SpaceX has solved many impossibilities to get us there, and they have to solve more. Mars is the next goal for SpaceX.

Plan For Mars SpaceX has an ambitious plan for Mars. Their recent goal is to land humans on Mars by 2029. However, there is not much information about the actual mission itself. As the first step, there will be an uncrewed Starship (SpaceX Rocket for Mars Mission) that will land on Mars. Elon Musk is highly hopeful that they will be able to pull it off by 2024. Because of orbit and the planet’s relative positions, 2024,2026, and 2029 are the time windows for launching Starships.

Although there are no solid plans for this, SpaceX would need some kind of base on Mars if we want to stay there. For the early missions, either the Starships would be retrofitted so that Astronauts can stay there for a while, or we would need some kind of deployable base. NASA has been working on that kind of base. Only the future can tell what will truly happen.

The Starship The Starship is the main piece of the puzzle for Mars. This is the vehicle that will take humans to Mars. Our future as a civilization is dependent on Starship.

• The starship would also be able to put satellites in orbit if they somehow fail in the Mars Mission.
• SpaceX plans to repurpose old in-sea oil rigs to use them as Starbase as well as build new ones.
• SpaceX plans to do in-orbit refueling of the starship by 2024.
• They also plan to partner with the Artemis mission to help with putting people on Moon again.
• They plan to launch an uncrewed Starship to Mars by 2024.
• They plan to launch the first crewed Misson to Mars by 2029.

To Conclude SpaceX hopes to achieve many technological feats this decade. They are so far very successful and very promising. Their work is a great achievement for humanity. We have been dreaming of reaching Mars since the 1960s and 70s. But now is the time when we are the closest to our dream.
